Description: “Green gold”, this is the name given to the green pistachio of Sicily, a fruit with a sweet, delicate and aromatic flavour, universally recognised as unique and here combined with tasty sheep’s ricotta.

Ingredients of filling: Sheep ricotta 86% ( sheep’s milk whey , sheep’s milk , salt), pistachios 9%, breadcrumbs (soft wheat flour type “0”, water, salt, brewer’s yeast), salt, pepper.
